I will promptly report to you all money and property received and
paid out and, upon request, to render accounting. I will not
accept any monies in fees from any source without your consent. |

Reasonable Care |
As your Agent I will: a) protect you from foreseeable risks of harm;
b) Will use my knowledge, negotiating skills and expertise to your
best advantage; and c) recommend that you obtain expert advise or
assistance when your needs are outside the scope of my expertise.
