PROBLEM:
Check out the real estate related court cases - and you will see
that almost ALL of the Plaintiff's are the Buyers and they are
taking the Seller to court. and a majority of the buyers LOST
" BUYER BEWARE"
SOLUTION:
As a Buyer get your OWN agent. An agent who works for your interest
and not for the Seller. If god forbid anything goes wrong, you
got full protection under law. It cost you nothing -
