All your phone calls to me will be returned within 1 hour. If, I fail to
get back to you - I will reduce my commission by $500 for each such occurrence.

I will commutate with you at least once a week, while you are listed , if
I fail out goes another $500 from my commission for every week missed.

As per my Marketing Plan ( 21 Point system), any negligence on not getting
the exact work as outlined - out goes another $500 from my
commission.
How and why does this Agreement work?
List your property
with us and we give you a written Marketing Plan of
how we intend to market your house. If we fail you can Just fire us - as
per guarantee 1 or we will reduce our commission as mentioned here. Its
